What is the difference between purina puppy chow :all puppies and purina puppy chow :large breed puppies?

My parents accidental bought purina puppy chow for all puppies instead of the puppy chow for large breed puppies. Should we take the bag back and get the large breed puppy food or is the all puppy food fine for her. Does she need the joint lubrication stuff in her food or will she be fine in the future and not get any joint problems unless she is overweight or getting old?

My puppies have not been well fed and they are now 8 weeks. Is there hope for full growth and height?

They are greatdane puppies from a large litter (10) . They apparently have not been fed well and are now too small for there age. I intend to feed them well hence, but I fear the loss of their first 8 weeks will affect the full potential of their growth. Is there still time to salvage, as I am aware that dogs grow well only within a certain stage.

How do I get 3 week old puppies to drink from a bottle or even eat at all?

Can puppies get their purebreed license if both parents get registered after the pregnancy/birth?

If the mother’s purebreed status is already registered, but the father’s isn’t quite through the paper work, is it safe to allow them to have the puppies knowing that the father’s registration will come through sooner or later so the puppies can be registered and sold as purebreeds?
